Writing a new email with help
For the emails that are hard work: the complaint, the letter to the building manager, the message you keep putting off.
Just ask the assistant: “write an email to X asking for Y”. It prepares the new email, subject and all. You can also press the new-email button and ask it to fill in the text.
Step by step
-
Say it in the assistant chat
One sentence: “Write to the electricity company disputing a bill that looks wrong”. Give it whatever details you know.
Where it is, inside the window. -
Let it open the new email
Nukli opens a compose window with the text already in place, subject included.
Where it is, inside the window. -
Add the recipient
Type the address in the “To” field. If you named the person and they are in your mail, it often fills it in for you.
-
Adjust anything you need
In the chat you can say “more direct”, “add the contract number”, “shorter”. Or just type in the message yourself.
-
You send it
Read it one last time and press send. If you want it to go later, see the scheduled send guide.
Tips
- Tell it who it is for and what you want to achieve; it handles the wording.
- If you send the same email every month, save it as a template: “save this as a template”.
Common questions
Can I attach a file?
