Follow-ups: so no reply slips away
Nukli goes through your mail and lists the messages still waiting on you.
The email list has a “Pending” tab: received emails that are still waiting for your answer, with the reason and a suggested next step. Once you consider one done, mark it as done and it leaves the list.
Step by step
-
Open the “Pending” tab
At the top of the email list, next to “All”. It shows how many emails are waiting.
Where it is, inside the window. -
See why it is pending
Each row tells you who is waiting, since when, how urgent it is and what it suggests you do. It reads at a glance.

Answer them one by one
Open it and reply as usual (with AI if you like). Replying normally takes it off the pending list.

Mark as done anything that needs no reply
If it was sorted out by phone or needs nothing, mark it done and it disappears from the list.

Ask in the chat any time
“What is still pending?” or “what should I answer today?”: you get the round-up without leaving the assistant.

Tips
- Emails you send are not followed up: this list is only about what you received.
- The free plan looks at the last few days; paid plans go further back.
