Connecting Stripe and other services you already use
So the assistant answers with real facts: this customer has paid, this order shipped on Tuesday.
In the connections panel you can link services such as Stripe, Notion, Shopify or HubSpot. The assistant looks things up on its own while you read an email; to change anything it leaves the action ready in the chat and nothing happens until you press “Run”. Requires the Pro+ plan.
Step by step
-
Open connections
Button in the icon bar. It holds the service catalogue and any connections you already have.
Where it is, inside the window. -
Pick the service
The listed ones are guided step by step: it explains what you need and where to find it.
-
Get the key
Most ask for a key — a password-like token that grants Nukli permission and that you can revoke at any time. Create it with the fewest possible permissions.
-
Paste it and check
Nukli tests the connection and tells you how many actions are available.
-
Use it from your mail
With an email open: “has this customer paid?”, “when did their order ship?”. It looks it up and tells you.
Where it is, inside the window.
Tips
- Reading is automatic; writing (charging, cancelling, changing) always asks you to confirm in the chat.
- If a service gets in the way you can pause it without deleting the connection.
Common questions
Is giving it a key risky?
It is stored encrypted and you can revoke it from the service whenever you like. Always create a key with minimal permissions.
Do I need this?
If you run a shop, clients or projects, this is what stops replies being generic. For personal mail you can skip it.
