Your plan and your AI usage
What the free plan includes, what “you have run out” means, and where to check it all.
Settings > Account shows your plan, what you have used this period and the breakdown per model. AI use is metered: each reply, summary or translation spends a little. When it runs out, the app keeps working as a normal email client.
Step by step

Open your account
From your name at the bottom of the icon bar, or Settings > Account.
Where it is, inside the window. -
Look at “AI usage”
It shows how much of this period you have spent and how much is left, and where it went.

Change plan if you need to
From the same place you can move to a paid plan or manage the subscription you already have.

Running out is not a disaster
Email keeps working: reading, writing, sending and searching. Only the AI features pause until the next period.
Tips
- The period is not the calendar month: it counts from the day you signed up.
- Long replies and summaries of many conversations cost more than a spelling check.
Common questions
Does the free plan expire?
No. It is free and includes an amount of AI each period. Email itself is unlimited.
How do I cancel the subscription?
From “Manage subscription” in the same account section. You can cancel any time.
